teen_smileCoordinating Council:

The Coordinating Council is a high-level decision-making committee for Wraparound Oregon and its two pilot projects. Made up of top system leaders representing: education, primary health, mental health, community justice, Oregon Youth Authority, child welfare, county human services, families, philanthropy, business and the court, the Coordinating Council's primary purpose is assuring the long-term sustainability of the system of care in Multnomah County. The Council makes decisions regarding:

  1. Structure
  2. Funding and financing
  3. Big system barriers
  4. Legislative/administrative concepts
  5. Quality assurance

Executve Committee:

Members of the Executive Committee come from the various systems involved in the lives of Wraparound Oregon's children and families. They meet monthly to discuss the strengths and needs of the Wraparound Oregon initiative and its two pilot projects. The Executive Committee makes many decisions related to the long-term sustainability of Wraparound Oregon.

Community Forum:

Wraparound Oregon meets with a large group of community stakeholders every quarterly. The Community Forum is updated on the project's progress and helps to spread the word to many organizations and communities throughout Multnomah County.

Project Operations Committee:

School-age Project Operations Committee tackles everything from documentation of case records, to facilitation of child and family teams, to tracking youth who return to the community from juvenile justice institutions. This problem-solving team meets monthly and can be brought together as needed.

Early Childhood Steering Committee:

Early Childhood Steering Committee meets monthly and is made up of family members, facilitators, Family Partners, early childhood specialists, evaluation team members and others. The Committee monitors the progress of the SAMHSA-funded pilot project.
